As the Turf Club Bar Manager your key responsibilities will include managing the bar staff, ensuring the excellence of our beverage offerings. This entails hiring and training bar staff, collaborating on the development of service standards, and actively participating in the creation of seasonal cocktail menus. As a Chef de Partie (Line Cook), you will play a key role in our kitchen’s success by mastering and enhancing the guest experience with every plate. Under the guidance of the Sous Chef, you will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes within a specific station, contributing to the overall quality and consistency of our culinary offerings.
